Having COVID-19 is hard. Your recovery and rehabilitation (regaining your strength) after COVID-19 can be challenging, but there are resources available to help manage your symptoms and get help when needed.

This website can help you understand the effects of COVID-19 and how to cope with the health challenges you may be experiencing.

Whether you have symptoms that are lasting longer than four week or have been diagnosed with long COVID (symptoms lasting longer than 12 weeks), these symptoms can have an impact on your physical, mental and cognitive wellbeing.
