The Provincial Partner Oversight (PPO) Team works together with Continuing Care and Seniors¡¯ Supportive Living facilities across Â鶹ӳ» to ensure residents have access to influenza and COVID-19 immunization to reduce the burden of disease in this population.
These resources are for providers who work at Continuing Care and Seniors¡¯ Supportive Living facilities within Â鶹ӳ». This includes Continuing Care Homes ¨C Type A (formerly Long-term Care [LTC]), Continuing Care Homes ¨C Type B (formerly Designated Supportive Living [DSL]) and Supportive Living Accommodations (SLA).
Note: Facilities with less than 10 beds are welcome to use these resources but do not fall under the requirements set out by Â鶹ӳ» Health for the outreach immunization program.
