Fruit Salad

Preparing this salad ahead of time and storing it in the fridge makes it easy to choose fresh fruit for a quick and healthy snack! Health Canada recommends choosing 7-10 servings of vegetables and fruit each day.

Ìý±õ²Ô²µ°ù±ð»å¾±±ð²Ô³Ù²õ:

1 cupÌýStrawberries, slicedÌý250 mL
1 cupÌýRaspberriesÌý250 mL
1 cupÌýBlackberriesÌý250 mL
2ÌýPeaches, skinned, pitted and slicedÌý2
1 cupÌýPineapple, tidbitsÌý250 mL
1 TbspÌýZest from 1 limeÌý15 mL
3 TbspÌýFresh lime juiceÌý45 mL

Directions:

1.ÌýGently fold together fruit, lime zest and lime juice.
2.ÌýStore in a covered container in the fridge.

Makes 10 servings (125 mL/ ½ cup/ 89 g)
