Quick Chicken Salad on a Bun

This quick and easy sandwich will help you use up any leftover chicken breast and fresh vegetables in your fridge. Add a glass of milk and a piece of fruit to make a quick, healthy and complete meal!
Ingredients:
2ÌýWhole wheat hot dog bunsÌý2
½ cupÌýChicken breast, dicedÌý125 mL
¼ ÌýRed pepper, dicedÌý¼
4ÌýCelery stalks, dicedÌý4
2 TbspÌýPlain 1% M.F. yogurt Ìý30 mL
1ÌýGreen onion, choppedÌý1
2ÌýLettuce leavesÌý2
¼ tspÌýPaprikaÌý1 mL
¼ tspÌýDill weed, driedÌý1 mL
1 tspÌýBalsamic vinegarÌý5 mL
Directions:
1.ÌýCut open hot dog buns and place lettuce on bun.
2.ÌýToss together chicken breast, red pepper, celery, green onion, paprika, and balsamic vinegar.
3.ÌýDivide chicken salad between buns.
4.ÌýWrap in plastic film or parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to be served.
