Cucumber Water

If you have heard someone sayÌýthey don’t like the taste of water, this is a healthy way to add flavour without adding extra sugar or syrups. Water is a healthy beverage. Choose water to drink at meals.
Ìý±õ²Ô²µ°ù±ð»å¾±±ð²Ô³Ù²õ:
12 cupsÌýCold waterÌý3 L
½ mediumÌýEnglish cucumber, sliced in rounds or sliversÌý½ medium
Directions:
1.ÌýAdd sliced cucumbers to water and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
2.ÌýServe cold or at room temperature.
Makes about 12 glasses (250 mL/ 1 cup/ 245 g)
