South Health Campus is designed to meet the diverse needs of all patients and families, including those with mobility challenges. A number of washrooms, elevators, doorways, and designated disabled parking spaces near all elevators are wheelchair accessible.
Public wheelchairs depots are in the parkade near the elevators, at the main entrance, and in the Emergency Department. Wheelchairs must be returned to any of the depots when leaving the hospital. A motorized scooter is available for patient use at the hospital if required. Request it at the information desk on Level 1.
There is an automated bank machine (ATM) located on the main level (across from the Wellness Centre) and another in the Emergency Department waiting room. A change machine is located in the Forest parkade vestibule on P1.

There is a range of quiet seating spaces with beautiful south, west and east facing window views throughout the Campus. These include the Cove and common spaces in the Wellness Centre and on Level 2 for patients and families to enjoy.
During the spring, summer and fall periods, outdoor garden patios provide shaded and peaceful spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Located on Level 1, near the west entrance, past the Mountain parking elevators. Rexall offers prescription services as well as specialized patient services such as blood pressure kiosk and screening and medication reviews. In addition, they carry toiletries, select specialized patient care items required upon discharge, and retail items.

Beverage and snack vending machines are available on Main Street near the Forest parking elevators as well as water stations are available adjacent to the Market Café and Good Earth Café.
Wireless Internet is accessible for patients and their families. To access, select ¡°healthspot¡± from the list of available networks, open a web browser, read the acceptable use policy, and select ¡°Accept.¡±
A TTY machine is available from the Admitting Office directly or the staff on your unit can make the necessary arrangements.
Interpreters speaking many different languages are available to assist you through our multicultural program. The staff on your unit can make the necessary arrangements.
