Parents are important members of the healthcare team.
Â鶹ӳ» Family Integrated Care (FICare) keeps parents as close as possible to their baby, even in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
The healthcare team will make sure parents get the education and support they need to care for their baby, while in the NICU and once they are able to go home.
