Public Health Laboratory (ProvLab) has been in existence for over 100 years, and operates under Â鶹ӳ» (AHS) Laboratory Services and is based out of two sites: the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, and the University of Â鶹ӳ» Hospital in Edmonton.
ProvLab's vision is excellence in public health and specialized microbiology. Our mission is to deliver public health and specialized microbiology for Â鶹ӳ» through leadership and excellence in surveillance, research, specialized laboratory testing and outbreak and emerging infectious diseases response.
