Any email from your AHS care team will be sent to you as an encrypted email. Email messages are required to be encrypted to comply with the and to protect your personal health information.
You are able to access AHS encrypted messages via your personal computer or mobile device.
Emails from Â鶹ӳ» will always have @ahs.ca and the name of your health provider as part of the email address. Our health providers will tell you in advance of contacting you via email you will be receiving email. If you are not expecting an email from Â鶹ӳ» please refer to AHS and Phishing Scams for next steps. Do not provide credit card or other personal information in email communications.
