Offers access to health care services and support to Mennonite families who speak Low German.This program helps clients and their families access healthcare services by: finding a family doctor booking appointments interpret at appointments (medical, dental, eye doctor) medical paperwork helping clients to find and obtain the medical and social services in the Âé¶¹Ó³» health care system health education car seat installs (Certified Car Seat Technicians) This program offers referrals to other services such as: Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) adult learning food bank victims services women’s shelter low income housing Âé¶¹Ó³» Works for Âé¶¹Ó³» Adult and Child Health Benefits dental vouchers, etc.
