Pediatric Diabetes Clinic

This service offers education and management to children and adolescents with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

The pediatric diabetes clinic is managed by the Â鶹ӳ»­ Healthy Living Program and is supported by Â鶹ӳ»­ Children's Hospital pediatric endocrinologists. Pediatric endocrinologists provide outpatient, episodic care on site to children living with diabetes. Appointments can be obtained by referring directly to the Â鶹ӳ»­ Healthy Living Program Central Access and Triage.

Individual case management provided by Registered Nurses Registered Dietitians and access to Endocrinology, Social Work, and Occupational Therapy services on site.
