Long Term Survivor Clinic
This clinic is dedicated to the long term care of survivors of childhood cancer and/or blood and marrow transplant survivors.Services offered include:
- Promotes health and wellbeing of survivors
- Education of patients and families on the potential long term and late effects of treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery) for their childhood cancer
- Provides education to primary care givers on the late effects of childhood cancer treatment
- Screens patients for late effects of therapy based on treatment exposures
- Screens for disease recurrence and secondary malignancies
- Provides access to dietary consult for long term survivors
- Provides access for psychological therapy and neuropsychological assessment for long term survivors

EligibilitySurvivors of childhood cancer between the ages of 2-30 years of age including patients that have undergone bone marrow transplant for malignancy or non-malignant hematological disorders.
