AHS ID Program

Provided assistance to homeless, at-risk and recently housed clients to obtain Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Identification and Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Personal Health Cards (IDs).

Offers support to clients who are serviced by AHS programs and services, both in acute care and community;

  • client assistance to obtain IDs
  • storage solutions for clients requiring secure storage of newly-acquired IDs until they are permanently housed
