Diabetes Insulin Pump Therapy Clinics

Assess and support 鶹ӳns living with Type 1 or Type 3C diabetes who want to use an insulin pump.

The IPTP clinics provide education and support for 鶹ӳns of all ages living with Type 1 or Type 3 diabetes who want to start using an insulin pump. An insulin pump is a small device a person wears that supplies a continuous flow of rapid-acting insulin underneath the skin. It is a way to get insulin instead of injecting insulin many times a day. It is about the size of a deck of cards and gives insulin through a small flexible tube that goes under the skin. There are insulin pumps with and without tubing.
