QuitCore

QuitCore is a FREE group support program that provides Â鶹ӳ»­ns (18+) with the tools and skills they need to quit using tobacco. As a part of Quitcore, you will join six 90-minute sessions that are guided by a trained facilitator.

Quitcore is currently offered in virtual, telephone and in-person formats. You can join a group online to share your stories, learn new coping strategies and celebrate milestones. When joining virtually, you will need a device with a video camera, audio, and a secure internet connection. You can join a group through your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Eligibility

Individuals 18 years old or older, who wish to:

  • current residents of Â鶹ӳ»­
  • stop using commercial tobacco and vaping products
  • reduce their tobacco / vaping use
  • have recently stopped using tobacco / vaping products and want to maintain the change
