The new Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Care (Arthur Child) in Calgary is a world-class facility that will begin providing care to cancer patients in the fall of 2024. Designed for the future of cancer care, the Arthur Child is equipped with innovative technology, modern diagnostic equipment, and state-of-the-art treatment machines that will include more than 100 patient exam rooms, 160 inpatient unit beds, outpatient clinics, more than 90 chemo chairs, 12 radiation vaults, extensive space for clinical trials and research laboratories.

The CCI is located in the southwest corner of the University of Â鶹ӳ» Campus and is one of two tertiary cancer centres in the province.
The CCI is equipped with 8 Varian Linear Accelerators, Gamma Knife, LINAC MR, HDR, 2 CT Simulators, and plans to establish an MR Simulator.
The CCI is a leader in advanced treatment techniques and supports a multidisciplinary Palliative Radiation Oncology clinic that runs daily.
The GPCC, located on the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital site, serves as the regional referral centre for the majority of northern Â鶹ӳ». This new facility provides medical, radiation and supportive care oncology services to cancer patients in the North Zone. To best serve the large Indigenous population in northern Â鶹ӳ», cultural spaces for prayer and ceremonies have been built into the site.
The Jack Ady, located on the Chinook Regional Hospital site in Lethbridge, provides medical, radiation and supportive care oncology services to cancer patients in the South Zone.
The CACC, located in the Red Deer Regional Hospital, is the regional referral centre for Central Zone providing specialized healthcare services to over 450,000 people from central Â鶹ӳ». The CACC provides medical, radiation and supportive care oncology services to cancer patients in the Central Zone. As the largest regional oncology referral centre within Â鶹ӳ», CACC provides comprehensive oncology patient care within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
The MEYCC, located in Medicine Hat, provides medical oncology services to patients in the South Zone in a multidisciplinary team approach. Located on the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital site, our dedicated team provides big city services locally while fostering small community relationships.
