You can use the portal to submit ATIA access requests to AHS, Â鶹ӳ»­ Precision Laboratories (APL), Recovery Â鶹ӳ»­, Primary Care Â鶹ӳ»­ and Acute Care Â鶹ӳ»­.

As part of your profile, you can check the status of your requests and receive your responses electronically and securely.
